A third-party search provider receives the name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form and supplies the result. We do not retain a separate copy of those searches on our servers. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer.

Our hosting service creates ordinary server logs, which can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps us maintain the service and see which material visitors use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or similar tools.
How the Data Is Used
We use this limited information to run the service, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor build individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Clark County and Nevada portals, court systems, library collections, or third-party search services. Information entered after leaving this site is controlled by that destination's privacy terms. The same rule applies to sponsored search results, which another company provides.
When Data May Be Shared
Hosting and support vendors may process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data noted above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Our Data Safeguards
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are kept only for as long as their stated purpose requires. Since visitors do not open accounts, we hold no site password or member profile for them.
Visitors Under 18
This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal details from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor has sent personal information so we can remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights to inspect, correct, or delete personal data depend on where a visitor lives and which entity holds the information. Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A governs covered operators and data brokers, subject to its definitions and exemptions. Since we retain little, a request will usually involve checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page to submit it. Records held by Enterprise-area Clark County offices or Nevada agencies remain outside our control, and any correction or redaction request must go to the custodian.
